Refund policy

At ORBITAL, we want you to love your eyewear. Please review our returns policy:

  1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Return Conditions: Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and original tags.
  3. Exchanges: You may exchange your item for another of your choice. If the replacement has a higher value, you'll pay the difference; if lower, we'll refund the difference.
  4. How to start a return: Email us at us_store@orbitaluniverse.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. 
  5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.
  6. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method promptly. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we'll provide a solution at no cost to you.
